What is Touch/Mouse Mode in Excel 2013?

Let us celebrate an Excel 2013 Week from today for 7 days because I have seven beautiful features to share with you. We will just proceed now to discuss one feature on each day.
WHAT IS THE NEW FEATURE FOR TODAY?
The new feature to discuss for today is "Touch/Mouse Mode"

WHERE IS THIS FELLOW LOCATED?
This feature is located in "Quick Access Toolbar" placed on the top left corner of the Excel window. Click the drop down and select the option "Touch/Mouse Mode".
HOW TO USE THIS GUY?

WHAT IS MOUSE MODE?
The mouse mode is the standard mode where the ribbons, groups and icons or commands are placed closely with each other. This standard ribbon mode is made in such a way that all the Desktop users can be very easily accessed by using mouse.
WHAT IS TOUCH MODE, then?
The touch mode is the mode where the ribbons, groups and icons or commands are placed with lots of space between each other. This mode is made in such a way that all the Mobile users can be very easily accessed by using touch method.
CAN WE HAVE THIS OPTION MANUALLY?
To access this option manually, Goto File --> Options --> Quick Access Toolbar --> Popular Commands (Choose commands from:) and select "Touch/Mouse Mode" --> Click on "Add" and then click on OK. That's it the option will be available on Q A T.
